Carol Anne,Marbella, Spain, breast augmentation and laser liposuction
Carol was primarily interested in fat transfer breast augmentation with fat transfer.
She is a relatively slim patient and only had a very localised fat deposit on the inner thighs, which was not enough for fat transfer breast augmentation.
We did therefore perform a periareolar, submuscular breast augmentation with 260cc microtextured silicone gel implants.
Especially on the inner thighs saggy skin is often a problem, so laser liposuction was used here to get even retraction of the skin.
